Lottery Communication Templates are found in the Lottery Screening Campaign → PH Screening and in the Public House App → PH Programs .
Templates that include an 'Add custom content here' field can be customized with opportunity-specific messaging.
PH Screening Lottery Communications Templates
These templates can be customized for each of the Lottery Screening Campaigns and their related Properties. Go to Lottery Screening Campaign → PH Screening tab → Communication Templates.
- Screening Form Email Verification: Requires applicant to verify their email address by clicking on the link.
- Screening Form Eligible Intake: Informs the applicant that they meet the eligibility criteria and have been accepted into the lottery pool.
- Screening Form Ineligible Intake: Notifies the applicant that they do not meet the eligibility criteria and explains next steps or alternatives.
- Lottery Invitation: Invites eligible applicants to proceed from screening to the lottery stage. Includes a notice that the link is unique to the recipient and should not be shared.
- Lottery Results (Standard): Communicates the applicant’s lottery ranking when they have a single entry.
- Lottery Results (Weighted): Communicates the applicant’s lottery ranking when multiple weighted entries were used.
PH Programs Lottery Communications Templates
These templates are customized for the Program. Go to App Launcher → Public House App → PH Programs → Communication Templates.
- Application Request (Lottery): Requests the lottery participant to complete and submit a full application.
- Update Request (Lottery): Requests the lottery participant to update their current application to stay in consideration for the lottery.
- Invalid Entry Email: Notifies a lottery participant that a specific entry did not meet the weighted criteria and has been removed. If they have remaining entries, they will continue to be considered in the lottery.
- Property Eligibility Email: Notifies a household in a waitlist or a lottery that they do not qualify for a property they are being considered for.
- Lottery Completion: Informs all participants that the lottery has concluded and all properties were awarded.
