At least one Property must be assigned to the property lottery.
Property Interest Selection on the Screening Form
When multiple properties are included in a single lottery cycle, Public House makes it easy for households to participate using one screening form.
What Applicants See
- A list of available properties matched to their household size
- Key details for each unit: thumbnail image, bedrooms, price, income limits, and a link to full details
- A clear Yes/No option for each property to indicate lottery interest
This interface ensures that households:
- Only see homes they're eligible for based on occupancy rules
- Can quickly compare options side-by-side
- Don't need to fill out separate forms for each property
This keeps the entry experience simple for households, while giving staff full control over lottery timing and invitations on a per-property basis.
Adding a Property to the Lottery Screening
With the Campaign and Screening Form set up, the next step is to add Properties. This is done in the same way as adding Properties to any other campaign type.
- Open the Property in your Properties view or by searching for it.
- Scroll down to the Candidate Pool section, update the Screening Campaign to your Lottery Screening Campaign.
- If the Property Campaign field is already populated, you’ll need to go to the Property Campaign and Delete it.
- Open the candidate pool by clicking Go to Candidate Pool and the system will properly create and link a new Property Campaign.
Only use Property Campaigns created by Public House. Do not add or modify the Campaign Member Status.
