Permission Sets Reference

This is the single reference for Public House permission sets. All staff access articles link here — update this page when permission sets change.

Required for All Users

Assign all four of the following permission sets to every Public House user.

Go to: Salesforce Setup → Permission Sets → [Select Set] → Manage Assignments

• Public House API — Provides access to all Public House objects
• PHA Unmanaged Package Permissions
• HomeKeeper User — Installed with the HomeKeeper managed package
• HomeKeeper User - Unmanaged — Must be added manually; provides the complete set of HomeKeeper permissions. See HomeKeeper's documentation for more detail. (Direct link to unmanaged permission set documentation pending from HomeKeeper)

Optional

Assign only if the user specifically needs it.

• View Encrypted Fields — Required only if the user needs to view the Social Security Number field
