Screening forms include a set of automated email templates that are sent to households based on their progress and eligibility.
These templates are available within your housing campaign under Screening → Communication Templates, and include emails such as:
- Email verification
- Intake (submission confirmation)
- Ineligible notification
- Update reminders and expiry notices
- Lottery position updates
Public House provides ready-to-use email content, ensuring consistency and compliance. Some parts of these emails are fixed, while others can be customised—particularly the wording and additional messaging you want applicants to see.
You can add or adjust custom content within each template, while branding elements (such as organisation details) are managed separately in the configuration settings.
If the default templates meet your needs, they can be used as is. Otherwise, you can tailor the messaging to better reflect your tone and communication style.
