Scope Notes
Standard application program configuration is intended for workflows within the approved project scope and existing platform capabilities.
Requests involving substantial workflow redesign, significant additions introduced after configuration begins, complex conditional logic, or repeated iterative revisions may require additional scoping, revised timelines, or additional service fees.
Public House will provide guidance on recommended next steps and any associated scope or pricing prior to proceeding.
Target launch timelines are dependent on the timely submission of finalized mapping documents, consolidated revision requests, and completion of client configuration responsibilities throughout the project.
